To begin exploring the answer to big life questions—such as 'Who am I?', 'What is my purpose?', and 'How do I align my values with my career?'—we must first nurture whole being -  a cohesive authentic foundation of mind, body, & spirit.

This course offers a mindfulness and self-discovery journey, unlocking the pillars of your true self: Self-Inquiry, Self-Love, Self-Worth, Self-Actualization, and Self-Transcendence.

A 6-week online program hosted by Mimi Chau. A 90-minute online live group coaching every week, by the end of your journey, you’ll have the mindfulness practice to bring harmony to your inner and outer world and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Why is this program essential for leadership?

Everyone can use a little zen time. Living intentionally is no easy undertaking in a high-demanding world. We were frequently taught that slowing down could mean missing opportunities, threatening our survival, or can generate feelings of shame for lack of productivity. All too often, our experience has been one of “overwhelm” and “burnout” in silence as we struggle to care for ourselves and those around us. But what if the problem is not that we do too much or too little, but that we’ve been going about it all wrong? 

Mimi Chau, a three-time entrepreneur, Reiki Master, Feminine Leadership Coach, and Sacred Plant-Medicine Advocate, helps others by incorporating holistic methods of meditation, energy, and sound healing and blends these modalities with executive coaching techniques. This fusion guides individuals on a transformative journey back to their essence and natural way of being. Through collaboration with experts and world-renowned coaches in spirituality and human performance, Mimi has discovered the key to fulfillment lies in the journey of aligning with one's true self. 

Program curriculum

Meditation and journaling are essential tools for syncing the mind, body, and spirit and nurturing an intimate connection with your inner self. These tools also support you to connect to the feminine energy of play, intuition, receptivity, and flow. You’ll learn to clear and elevate your energy, gain awareness around your blind spots, rewrite new thought patterns and bridge the connection between the heart and the mind. This will change your perception so that what you think, say, and do aligns with your essence. You’ll stay more grounded and focused in your personal and professional life. After this course, you will gain the courage to make changes that are outside cultural norms or even within current limited roles and responsibilities. You’ll be equipped with ways to calm yourself and raise your vibration when in distress or overwhelmed. By the end of your journey, you’ll have the mindfulness practice to bring harmony to your inner and outer world and a deeper understanding of yourself. 

Week 1: Zen Play Time

Research suggests that creating a new synapse in the brain typically requires about 400 repetitions, while playful activities can reduce this to just 10 to 20 repetitions. 

In the spirit of play, you’ll be introduced to mindfulness tools such as meditation and journaling, backed by scientific insights. With Mimi, you will elevate your meditation with breathwork, body scans, and balance your chakra's energy centers.

Week 2: Inner Light 

You are made up of body, mind, and spirit. Your path to enlightenment involves experiencing your inner light reflected in your outer world. Tapping into your inner light allows you to clear limiting beliefs and empower your inner dialogue. This will help you become aware of the thought patterns in meditation or throughout your day. By exploring their source and questioning these thoughts, you can break through these patterns which allow you to gain new perspectives that enhance your mental and emotional well-being. At the end of the course, you’ll know how to clear your own energy.

Week 3: Outer World

In class, you’ll map your relationships with a sociogram that represents your current reality. By observing how your external world influences your energy, you can gain a deeper understanding of your energy fields and learn strategies for better management and protection of your energy. During this class you will learn how to envision yourself as the central sun, around which everyone else orbits. Through this new perspective, you can recreate an ideal sociogram.

Week 4: I am Myself

This class will help you discover your authenticity through understanding the concept of essence and forms. You’ll be guided in exercises that help you identify and choose your identity, beliefs, and values. Here you will learn to connect with your higher awareness and intuition. This will allow you to apply and share your innate wisdom and life experiences authentically and unapologetically.

Week 5: Life Designing

Dare to dream the most audacious dreams in the realm of unlimited possibilities. In this class you will sit in the energy of the greatest version of yourself to design your dream life. You will do this by creating a digital vision board and your personal mantra. These will help you to align in the frequency of your dream life to take grounded action towards reaching your goals.

Week 6: Live in Love 

This last class will combine all other class lessons and teach you how to incorporate them throughout your daily life.  We can share insights learned throughout this course and empower ourselves and each other. In sharing and seeing where each of you were at the beginning of the course vs now, you will be able to see what positive actions you have taken and can continue to take, throughout your life.
